To ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, we offer various secure payment and shipping options.
Payment Methods
At HaWoTEC, you can pay conveniently and securely using a variety of payment methods.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account. After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal.
Payment is usually confirmed immediately, allowing us to process your order as quickly as possible.
Credit Card
We accept major credit cards such as:

- Mastercard
- American Express
Your payment details are processed securely by our payment service provider and are not stored by HaWoTEC.
SEPA Direct Debit
If available, you can conveniently pay for your order via SEPA Direct Debit.
The invoice amount will be debited from your account after you have issued the corresponding SEPA Direct Debit mandate.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
With Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can pay particularly quickly and conveniently, provided these payment methods are available for your device and browser.
Klarna
If offered at checkout, you can pay for your order via Klarna. Different payment options are available, depending on availability.
The available payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process.
Prepayment by Bank Transfer
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer.
After completing your order, you will receive our bank details and your order number by email.
Important: Your order will be processed and shipped after receipt of the full invoice amount.
Please include your order number as the payment reference when making the transfer.
Shipping
We ship your order reliably and quickly within Germany and – if available for the respective product – to other European countries.
Our shipping options and the applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
Shipping within Germany
Shipping within Germany is generally handled by DHL Parcel, a reliable and fast parcel service provider.
The specific shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart or at the latest during checkout.
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €59.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, weight, size, and delivery address.
Shipping within the European Union
We also ship selected products to various countries within the European Union.
The available shipping countries and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the order. We also ship internationally with DHL.
Delivery Time
Unless a different delivery time is specified for a particular product, in-stock items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days within Germany via DHL.
For deliveries abroad, delivery may take longer.
You can find the exact delivery time directly on the respective product page.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM
Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00 PM on weekdays and for which payment has been confirmed are generally prepared for shipment on the same business day.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will find a tracking link in the email.
This allows you to track the current status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs and delays may occur.
International Shipping
For deliveries outside of Germany, additional costs, taxes, or duties may apply, depending on the destination country.
For deliveries within the European Union, the prices and shipping costs displayed at the time of ordering apply.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, or other costs may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Secure payment
Your security is important to us.
Your data is transmitted via an encrypted connection. Payment data is processed by the respective payment service providers.
We do not store complete credit card details on our own systems.
